This blog will follow Sam Sanchez around the kitchen (inside and outside) as he gives how-to's, advice on equipment and some of his secret concoctions that just about anyone can make. Sam is the former owner of a restaurant that served his favorite genre: "new American." He combines food from all corners of the United States with cultural flavors from his Spanish heritage as well as Mediterranean and Vietnamese flavors (and those are just some of his favorites!)
